Among our products is also organic honey. Bees are essential on a farm. Intensive farming is destroying the lives of these extraordinary insects, essential for pollination and at the foundation of the entire production cycle of plants and vegetables. Our hives enjoy the pristine and wild spaces of the Apennines. We produce two types of honey: Acacia and Wildflower.
Acacia Honey
This is the first honey we produce because acacia blossoms bloom earlier than other plants. From this flower, bees extract pollen with a high quantity of nectar, making it sweet and delicate. Children love it for its light texture that melts in your mouth.

Wildflower Honey
In spring, the mountain landscape bursts with nature’s generosity: not only fruit trees, but meadows and bushes that day by day change the colors of the slopes, clearings, and valleys of the Apennines.
The flavor and color vary depending on the harvest season and the position of the honeycomb and the flowers the bees reach. The honey tends to crystallize; this is a sign of honey made using natural processes with cold extraction that preserves all its nutritional properties.

Our organic honey is never pasteurized.
Depending on the season and bee pollination, we also produce Chestnut, Dandelion, and Honeydew honey.
